How do I respond to a quote request?

Step 1

Respond within 4 hours as customers expect a quick reply.

Step 2

Go to your profile and click “Inbox”.

Step 3

Select “Quote”.

Step 4

Find the quote you want to respond to and click “Reply as Owner”.

Step 5

Type your response and click “Send”.

The customer will receive an email alert with your response.
