There are a few possible reasons why you might be unable to claim your profile:
It’s possible that someone has already claimed this profile, as each profile can only be claimed once.
If you can’t access the mobile number or email where the verification code is sent, you won’t be able to complete the claim process.
If there is no email address or mobile number listed on the business profile, we can’t send a verification code.
