Mail Quarantine

Step 1

Sign in to Mail Quarantine

• Enter your email address

• Enter your email password

• Click Sign in

Step 2

Once signed in, you will see your inbox and emails.

Beside each email, you will see the following icons:

• Email Delivered

• Email Quarantined

• Email Rejected

Step 3

To release a quarantined email

• Select Actions Menu

• Select Release/retry Selected

Blacklist

Choose Blacklist/white list in the top menu

• Backlist to block email address

• Action Blacklist

• Enter the email address to block in Sender

• Click Add

Whitelist

Whitelist will allow all emails from a specific email address

• Action Whitelist

• Enter the email address to allow all emails in Sender

• Click Add
