Support for Windows 7 has ended
Microsoft has officially ended all support for Windows 7 as of January 20th, 2020. These devices will no longer receive security updates and functionality with our services may be greatly reduced. We strongly encourage you to upgrade to Windows 10 as soon as possible.

If you have an unlisted email client, please use the settings listed below.

Incoming Mail Server

IMAP Settings: (Preferred)

Hostname: mail.lsweb.com.au

Username: admin@example.com.au (full email address)

Connection Type: SSL

Select: Outgoing requires authentication

Port: 993

POP3 Settings

Hostname: mail.lsweb.com.au

Username: admin@example.com.au (full email address)

Connection Type: SSL

Select: Outgoing requires authentication

Port: 995

Outgoing Mail Server

SMTP Settings: (Outgoing)

Hostname: mail.lsweb.com.au

Username: user@domainname.com.au (full email address)

Connection Type: SSL or TLS

Port: 465

SMTP Settings: (Outgoing)

Hostname: mail.lsweb.com.au

Username: user@domainname.com.au (full email address)

Connection Type: STARTTLS

Port: 587
