Disk Usage

Another useful feature of the new webmail is to see the total size of each of your folders along with the total space you have and how much you have used. Your total space and how much you have used can be seen in the top right next to your email address

Disk Usage for each folder can also be located under Manage Disk Usage when you select on your email address in the top right. You will then be presented with the following, where you will be able to see the number of messages in each folder along with its size (disk usage).

Also, you can select the manage option to delete large amounts of emails from a folder (Be careful with this though, we would advise against deleting emails in bulk from a folder unless you are certain you won’t miss anything)
