Localsearch Email Storage Support

This page has been published as a quick reference to help clear space when your email is approaching its storage limit.

Tips

• Go through your email folders (inbox, sent items, etc.) and delete any old emails you no longer need

• Delete everything from your spam, drafts and deleted items folders

• Log in to your webmail, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Other Webmail Features section and click on Manage Disk Usage. This will list your email folders in order of size. You can use this to determine if any email folders should be cleared out.

NOTE: If webmail opens directly to your inbox then to access the screen above, click on the Webmail Home button at the bottom of the sidebar.
