How do I respond to a message? 

Step 1

Go to your profile and click “Inbox”.

Step 2

Choose “Messages”.

Step 3

Find the message and click “Reply as Owner”.

Step 4

Type your response and click “Send”.

The customer will receive an email alert with your response. Keep in mind that customers expect a response within 4 hours.
