Go Passwordless Authentication Troubleshooting 

If you encounter difficulties accessing your account via Go Passwordless authentication, here’s what you can do:

If you’ve created a username/password account: Simply log in and add your email. You’ll then receive a one-time-use verification code via email. Enter the code provided, and you’ll be logged in seamlessly.

Please access your email in a new window and do not navigate away from the verification code screen.

Look for the Validation Prompt: If you’re having trouble logging in, keep an eye out for a validation prompt. This is a signal that assistance is available to help you out.

If you already have an existing login option via Apple, Facebook, or Google you can continue to use that option from here onwards.
