FAQs for Troubleshooting Website Leads

Why can’t I see any leads?

  • Leads will only appear if a contact form has been submitted on your website.
  • If your site is new or no one has submitted a form yet, the list will be empty.
  • WordPress websites are not supported at this time.

I know someone submitted a form, why isn’t it showing here?

  • Click Refresh to load the latest submissions.
  • Ensure the enquiry was submitted through a form connected to your website (not via email or phone).

Why are some lead details missing?

  • Only information included in the form fields will appear.
  • If a visitor leaves a field blank, that data won’t be captured.

Why am I seeing duplicate leads?

  • A visitor may have submitted the form multiple times.

What does the “Source” column mean?

  • The Source shows the website page where the enquiry was submitted.
  • This helps you understand which pages are generating leads.

Why can’t I open attached files?

  • Some leads include file attachments (e.g. images or documents).
  • If a file won’t open, try downloading it or check your device’s file permissions.

I can’t find an older lead, where did it go?

  • Use Search or Filter to locate older leads.
  • Check if the lead has been labelled or marked as Spam.

Are leads updated in real time?

  • Leads appear shortly after a form is submitted.
  • Use Refresh to manually load new submissions.

Who can see leads in my account?

  • Only you and Localsearch can access your account and view leads.

What should I do if leads still aren’t appearing?

  • Confirm your website is published.
  • Contact Localsearch if the issue continues.
